I’m Connor McCann, and Clean Living Removal is mine. I’ve spent more than five years moving, hauling, and cleaning out properties, and before that I worked in roofing and ran detailing businesses. Everywhere I’ve worked, it came down to the same thing. People want someone who shows up, does honest work, and treats their place with respect. That’s the whole company.
I started Clean Living to do junk removal the right way and to serve the community I live in. Fredericksburg is the kind of place where neighbors help neighbors and people root for a small business getting off the ground. My wife Madison serves the local community too, so looking out for people is just how we’re built.

How does pricing work?
It's based on how much space your stuff takes up in the truck. One price covers the labor and the disposal. See the price sheet above, and Connor confirms the exact number before any work starts.
Can I get a price before you come out?
Yes. Fill out the form and Connor calls or texts you back with an honest quote before any work starts.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same day, next day, most days. The earlier you reach out, the better. We usually need about three hours of lead time.
What areas do you cover?
Fredericksburg, Richmond, Northern Virginia, and everywhere between. A little further out works with some lead time.
What won't you take?
For safety and the law, we can't take hazardous materials: paint, thinners and solvents; fuels like gas, diesel and kerosene; motor oil, transmission fluid and antifreeze; propane tanks and fire extinguishers; pesticides, weed killers and pool chemicals; hazardous household cleaners; batteries; explosives; asbestos; medical waste, needles and sharps; mercury items like old thermometers and thermostats; fluorescent and CFL bulbs; and tires. Not sure about something? Just ask.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, but no. If you won't be there, we'll sort out access and an on-site contact when Connor calls.
What do you do with my stuff?
We donate and recycle whatever we can and dispose of the rest the right way.
How do I pay?
