What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address where you need the pickup, the day and time you requested, and the items you told us about. If you won’t be at the pickup, we also collect the name and phone number of whoever will be.
How we use it
We use it for one thing, which is getting you a quote and doing the job. Connor uses your phone number and email to call, text, or write to you about your request. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the business except the service that delivers our email.
Calls and texts
When you check the box saying it’s OK to call or text you, you’re giving us permission to contact you about your quote request. We only use it for that. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you, or just tell Connor on the phone. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and insurance obligations. If you want your information deleted, email us and we’ll take care of it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data. Our host may keep basic, anonymous traffic logs to keep the site running and secure.
